Watson is our AI front desk — an optional add-on that works with any Mediyn plan. It answers every call 24/7, books and reschedules appointments, triages urgent calls, answers common questions, and captures new-client leads so no caller ever reaches voicemail. It's $129/month (includes 60 calls, fair-use), and like every plan it comes with a signed HIPAA BAA. Our team sets it up for you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a full 7-day free trial with access to all features. You won’t be charged until your trial ends. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Immediate access to new features on upgrade. Downgrade takes effect at start of next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. For Plus plans with a team, we also offer invoicing and ACH bank transfers.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 20% — Starter is $31/mo and Professional is $63/mo when billed annually. Plus is billed monthly: $119 includes your first therapist, then $59 per additional therapist.
What happens if I go over my plan's included limits?
Each plan includes a set number of AI clinical summaries and insurance claims per month. If you go beyond them, simple pay-as-you-go rates apply — and they get lower on higher plans. You'll always see your usage in your dashboard before anything is billed. Standard payment processing (3.15%) applies to payments you collect through Mediyn. Want the full rate sheet? How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. Cancel anytime during the trial.
How does Plus plan pricing work?
Plus is $119/month and includes your first therapist — so a solo practice pays a flat $119. Adding a team? Each additional therapist is $59/month. A 5-therapist practice: $119 + (4 × $59) = $355/month. Eligibility checks are free on Plus.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation. Export anytime. After 90 days, securely deleted per HIPAA requirements.
Do you sign a HIPAA BAA?
Yes. Every account includes a signed BAA at no additional cost. Standard on all plans.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month (or annual with 20% discount). Cancel anytime.
