What happens to my assessment history when I switch?
We import your patient assessment history from Blueprint via their data export. Score trendlines stay intact. New assessments after the switch use Mediyn's scoring engine.

If we're missing an instrument you use, tell us during onboarding — we add validated assessments quickly. Currently 21 instruments covering depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, substance use, eating, and general distress.
